A Healthy and Simple Snack or Appetizer
A simple recipe. We love adding Chaat Party to eggs and our favorite way to eat them is by frying up two eggs over easy, sprinkling about a tsp or two of Chaat Party, garnishing with a handful of cilantro, thinly sliced tomatoes and a squeeze of lemon. The perfect dish to start or end your day with.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp ghee or oil
- 1 small ripe tomato thinly sliced or a handful of cherry tomatoes
- 1 sprig green onion chopped
- Handful of chopped cilantro (optional)
- S&P
- 1-2 tsp Chaat Party Spice Mix
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook eggs (we recommend sunny-side up, over easy or fried for this recipe)
- While eggs are cooking, thinly slice tomato and arrange on a plate
- Season tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste
- Place eggs on plate with tomato slices and season with 1-2tsp Chaat Party spice, green onion, a squeeze of lemon juice and cilantro if using
