It's the perfect meat/fish rub and marinade, or simply sprinkle it on anything you're cooking for extra flavor!
- Use as a marinade or dry rub on meats, fish, tofu or paneer. Make a paste by mixing equal parts oil, water and the spice together and add to curries and sauces while they’re cooking. Sprinkle a pinch or teaspoon right when a dish is done as a finishing touch. Enjoy when you’re craving something fierce and flavorful.
