Cottage Cheese Queso

 

High Protein Queso

Super quick and easy, high protein queso!!!

 

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Droosh Chaat Party 
  • 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning Packet
  • 1/4 cup Rotel tomatoes (optional)

DIRECTIONS: 

  • Blend the cottage cheese and taco seasonings 
  • Add the rest of your ingredients and microwave for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through 
  • Serve with tortilla chips, salad, tacos or just eat spoonfuls on its own because it's THAT good
