Savory Easy Nachos
This dish starts with standard nacho elements like tortilla chips, cheese and black beans, but the Everyday mix definitely provides another level of brightness and complexity to the beloved and classic nachos dish. If you’re feeling extra spicy we love heating up ghee in a small saucepan or tadka (if you have one) with cumin seeds and 1 tbsp of Everyday that we then drizzle on top of the nachos right before serving. We also LOVE this with our chaat raita or green chutney recipe for an extra zingy, savory flavor.

INGREDIENTS: Note, you can use any of your favorite nacho ingredients this is just one of the versions we love
- 1/2 can black beans
- 2 bags tortilla chips
- 1 bag shredded cheddar or Mexican style cheese
- 1 cup sour cream or Chaat raita
- 1/2 jalapeno sliced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 roma tomato chopped
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 1/4 cup Chaat green chutney for drizzling
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp Everyday Spice
DIRECTIONS:
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spread out the tortilla chips and layer on the cheese, jalapeno and onion and sprinkle 1 tbsp Everyday spice
- Bake for 5-10 minutes until cooked to the way you like it and remove from oven
- Add on the tomatoes, black beans, sauces and garnish with cilantro and fresh lime and another tbsp of Everyday spice
