Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggie Bowl

Servings 4 | Prep Time: 10 Min | Cook time: 20 min 

 

INGREDIENTS: 

  • MAA'sala chicken  (recipe and ingredients linked) 
  • Veggies of choice (we used broccolini, sweet potato, zucchini, red onion, bell peppers)
  • Droosh Everyday Spice
  • Olive oil 
  • Salt & Pepper 
  • Handful of chopped kale 
  • 1/2 Avocado 
  • Brown rice / Quinoa 
  • Droosh Sweet & Sour Mango Hot Sauce

DIRECTIONS: 

  • Marinate chicken (follow our MAA'sala chicken recipe: https://www.shopdroosh.com/blogs/the-pinch/maasala-chicken) 
  • Add chopped veggies to a bowl and coat with olive oil, s&p and 2tbsp Droosh Everyday spice 
  • Spray a baking sheet with avocado or olive oil and arrange veggies nicely 
  • Add marinated chicken to the sheet and add a sprinkle more of Everyday spice to the entire sheet 
  • Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes 
  • Arrange into grain bowls with whatever toppings you like
  • Drizzle with Droosh Sweet & Sour Mango Chutney
