Spicy, Savory and Garlicy Fry Alternative
Air fryer paneer fries are a healthier version of the traditional deep-fried paneer fries, which are a popular Indian appetizer. This is a healthier version of regular fries and is a snack that is crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. Paneer fries can be enjoyed on their own or as a side dish.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Packages Paneer
- 1tsbp Avocado Oil
- 1 Lemon
- 1tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- S&P
- 2-3 TBSP Droosh Spices- We love the Tikka Masala and The Icon with this recipe
DIRECTIONS:
- Slice paneer into uniform strips and season with 2tsbp Droosh spice, avocado oil, 1tbsp garlic powder and salt and pepper; mix well
- Spray avocado oil in air fryer and air fry paneer for 10-14 minutes (air fryer times vary)
- While paneer is cooking, make the dipping sauce by mixing 1 cup plain yogurt in a bowl with juice of 1/2 lemon, cilantro, minced garlic and as much garlic powder as you like and s&p
- Take paneer out of air fryer and garnish with cilantro and the juice of 1/2 lemon and enjoy
- These are great dipped in green chutney as well
