Aloo Tikki Chaat Toast

Aloo Tikki Chaat Toast

Savory Chaat Potato Toast

Aloo tikki chaat toast is a straight winner. For us, aloo tikki chaat usually consists of potatoes topped with chickpeas, red onion, cilantro, yogurt and green chutney. It’s a classic Indian street food that we love eating on its own, but we also love it on toast. This is a super easy recipe and the potato mixture can be made in bulk and stored in the fridge so you have an easy snack, breakfast or lunch ready to go all week. It’s savory, crunchy, healthy and filling.
