Stir Fried Shrimp & Peppers
This recipe is a super quick and healthy shrimp stir fry that you can easily make with any veggies you have on hand. All you do is sauté seasoned shrimp for a few minutes on a medium-heat pan and add the veggies you like and enjoy! We're all about healthy recipes that are quick and this one is one of the easiest and most satisfying dish you'll make for lunch or dinner!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 lb peeled and deveined shrimps
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 white or red onion
- 2tbsp Icon spice
- Olive Oil
- S&P
- Rice or noodles for serving
DIRECTIONS:
- Season shrimp with The Icon, olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Stir fry the pepper and onions until they are at your desired texture then remove from pan
- Stir fry shrimp until cooked through (about 3-5 minutes)
- Add back in the peppers and onions and combine
- Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lemon
- Enjoy with rice, quinoa, noodles or in a salad
Tips
- You can add additional veggies to this recipe such as broccoli, ginger, garlic, carrots, snow peas, etc..
- If you want it more saucey, add a large finely diced tomato or 1/2 can of tomato puree and stir fry with the veggies
