Serena's Go-To Chaat Party Dressing
Serena made this dressing as she was making her usual, go-to dressing that always starts with a good olive oil, LOTS of minced garlic, juice of 1 lemon and dijon mustard. Adding in Chaat Party really adds so much delicious, tangy and salty flavor to this dressing that it goes well not just on salads but as a dipping sauce for chicken. This dressing lasts in the fridge for over a week if kept in an airtight container or glass jar.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Balsamic Vinegar or Glaze
- Juice of 1 Large Lime or Lemon
- 1 tbsp Chaat Party Spice Mix
- Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with whisk or fork
- Add more Chaat Party Spice, salt and pepper to taste
TIPS
- This is also great with 1/2tbsp of dijon mustard
- This lasts in the fridge for over 1-2 weeks if kept in an air tight container or glass jar
